The design of the BMW i3 is influenced by the Vision New Classe concept, which will align with the New Classe aesthetic while maintaining unique elements, and an automotive report says that the focus will be on clean lines and bold surfaces, including popular BMW design elements like the kidney grille, Hofmeister kink.

Apart from this, BMW will include many connectivity features in the interior of this electric sedan like HD Radio, USB Ports, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth Connectivity, Touch Screen Display, and Smartphone Integration.
